Postage and Handling fees
Customers pay for Postage and Handling charges (including return item for replacement/re-delivery). Unless it is specified as "Free Postage".
All items are sent via courier or via Australia post (Australia Wide)
The shipping fee will be calculate automatically during checkout process
1. Brisbane Metro - $16 for items weight upto 10kg
2. Sydney Metro - $14 for items weight upto 10kg
3. ACT Metro - $14 for items weight upto 10kg
4. Melbourne Metro - $16 for items weight upto 10kg
5. Adelaide Metro - $16 for items weight upto 10kg
6. Perth Metro - $14 for items weight upto 3kg
7. TAS Metro - $17 for items weight upto 10kg
Note: Some item may cost more depends on physical dimension and regional areas, in which case, we will notify you before sale is finalised.
Shipping
1. All items ship via Courier or via Australia post (Australia Wide).
2. Items will be ship within 1-3 working days (usually same day or next day) after we verified your payment unless stocks shortage, in this case we will inform you as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, we will notify you via E-mail on shipping confirmation and your order tracking number will be provided where possible (depends on shipping method).
3. We shall not be held liable for delay due to stock shortage or during shipment.
Return
1. Please contact us via E-mail at RA@hboutlet.com.au. Returns may not be accepted without valid invoice and RA numbers. For faster services, please provide the following information for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return. Due to large percentage of returned goods are found to be not faulty and to avoid unnecessary postage cost back and forth plus testing fees, please consult us before send the items back.
2. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
3. Returned Items must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging.
4. Responsibility of the customers for all Shipping charges on returned items unless our fault (wrong sent Items).
5. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RA returns.
6. All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. If any items returned for warranty claim is determined to be physically damaged, the items will be returned to the customer as is at customer cost.
7. DOA (Dead On Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from the time you received your goods. DOA items are eligible for an instant replacement if stock available.
8. Wrongly sent goods must be return within 7 days of received to us in un-opened and in original packaging. We will send replacement goods to you at our own postage cost.
9. Any item returned for warranty that tests "OK" may incur $45 testing charge or 15% of purchased price.
10. Replacement items turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the distributors. We will try our best to speed up the process. Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim will include: our time to test the item, shipping back to the supplier, suppliers test and replacement/repair and the shipping back to us.
