We do not normally give refunds if you:
• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision, or
• incompatibility.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
• do not do what they are supposed to.
Goods will be replaced if:
• are faulty, or
• dead on arrival (DOA).
Non-returnable products:
• Softwares
• Warranty
• License
• Printers
• Toners and cartridges
• Clearance stocks
• Products where marked as non-returnable
