By creating an account at H B Outlet you will be able to shop faster, be up
to date on your order status and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Online Member accounts are free and there is no purchase necessary to open an account. Customers can access and update their details by logging into H B Outlet web site. The access is achieved by using the customer Email and password. Your passwords are safe on our secured server (with encryption technology protection). If you are forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address and our automated server will send you an e-mail message containing your new password. Customers agree to take responsibility for the safe keeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. Customers are advise to maintain and update the information and to ensure accuracy at all times. H B Outlet may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
Product Listing
1. "OEM" software to be distributed ONLY with the hardware equipment (PC and associated hardware), it must be either be bundled, package into the hardware price or sold as an added on with hardware equipment sold.
2. Stock levels are indicatively, we update our stocks daily. Stocks Qty shows stocks from our store and/or from our distributors.
Orders
1. Prices are accurate at the time of listing. All prices are GST (10%) inclusive.
2. H B Outlet may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you.
3. Customers can placed orders through our website (preferred) or by Fax.
4. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by H B Outlet
5. We will reply to your orders with confirmation of stock availability, price, postage, handling fees and payment options.
6. Customers can Cancel orders at this point.
7. If Customers agreed with the orders, please make payment of your chosen option and notify us after completed payment.
8. We will ship your items after we verified your payment.

Warranty
1. All goods sold by H B Outlet come with one year manufacturer or Return To Base Warranty (RTB).
2. Various Goods may have extended 2 to 3 years manufacturers warranty.
3. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
4. H B Outlet will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
5. DOA products must report and send back within 7 working days. Good will be return to our supplier for replacement.
6. All sales are final. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
7. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages may caused to data or other parts due to faulty or incompatibility issues.
8. Warranty does not include software issues or loss of data.
